My husband and I love their subs but our visit this week was awful. No one spoke English. I ordered mushrooms on my sub and they didn't add them and when I tried talking to them they didn't understand me. The counter was filthy with old meat that had come off the grill. Bad experience!!!

Mall cheese steak.
Stopped for a bite before a movie screening. This looked like the least unpalatable option in the food court, and had a couple of people in line. The cashier tried to warn me that the Tavern version was spicy, then the condiment guy told me there was no mayo on it. What happened to the horseradish aoli? Beef and cheese lacked flavor, bread was tasteless but fresh. Fries were lackluster.
I've had cheese steak in Philadelphia, so maybe the bar is too high, and I reserve one star for Army mess hall grade sludge. Big fat MEH. -

OK if you're hungry. I'm originally from South Jersey, so I know what a real Philly cheese steak is. This place just offers steak on a roll. At least it's fresh and filling. Fries are better than McD's, but no where near as good as Five Guys. Charley's is ok if nothing better is handy, but I wouldn't make it a destination.

This is hands down my favorite Charley's location in the area since the new management took over. The staff is always polite and courteous. They keep the location extremely clean, and they move very quickly, even when busy. And the food is always delicious and exactly how I like it! Best spot in the food court!
